A Blind-Date-with-a-Book is an experience where you receive a wrapped book in the genre of your choice with lots of goodies. Think of it as setting up a date with a book you know you'll love, but you don't know the title yet! (real boyfriend not included)

Your blind-date-with-a-book includes a variety of fun goodies to enhance your reading experience! What’s included: One original art bookmark (you will receive one of four designs) One colorful pen - for you annotating girlies One reading tracker Three colorful book tabs 3-5 vintage style stickers One locally sourced tea pouch of your choice

All books have been pre-read and sorted to make sure they are clean. All books are clean, meaning no to low spice (hand holding and kissing only) and no cursing. Hard topics that deal with the darker sides of this world are sorted into the adult books but are not talked about in a graphic manner. The YA books are less descriptive than the Adult books, but all fit under what I just described. For example, the YA book might say something like, “They kissed” with a little extra description; while the adult book might say something like, “Their lips found each other. He caressed her lips with his own as one of his palms cradled her face.” Just because a book is labeled YA doesn’t mean it doesn’t deal with hard topics or is just a "kid book". All it means is that the romance descriptions and hard topics are less, so the book is ok to hand to 16+.

I currently stock 6 genres. Classics, Fantasy, Romantasy (a romance set in a fantasy world), Romance, Historical Romance, and Thriller/Suspense. Most genres have both a YA and Adult section. All our Classics and Fantasy books are perfect for all ages, which is why they don’t have a specific age category put on them.

An Incorrect or Missing Item Sometimes I make mistakes, and I will always do my best to make it right! Please include a photo of the item received and/or the name of the missing item(s). While I may not be able to guarantee your exact book is replaced due to potential stock issues, I’ll be sure to resolve the situation as best I can! Damaged In Transit Please reach out and include photos of the item you received, any damage to your order along, and the packaging. Unfortunately, I cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery. Please reach out via email within 24-48 hours of receiving your order and please include photos.
